Blind photographer… to be clear, just blindfolded. Check out this experimental nude art photo series from 2012 …

They exist. Really, I have seen photographs taken by blind photographers and they were great.
I couldn’t imagine that, so I wanted to try it. Yes, it is not the same – I know how my models look like, I know the scene, the light etc… I just didn’t see what I am shooting.
I spent more than one hour with the mask on my eyes. My models only talked to me and it helped me to locate, focus and shoot them. I also could see my photographs after the shooting – and it is the biggest difference. My deepest respect for all blind photographers.
