Get a grip. It's called a progress. Years ago they had to rely on fake looking makeup and people like you constantly bitched about it. Now we have realistic CGI - and people like you b***h about it. What a joke.

You do realise it's not all CGI. The person with the mo- cap suit on and the tracking Dots is not Bill Nighy. They would have had make up as a base but seriously you act that CGI is easy. Make up is way way easier than CGI. This takes 100000s of hours to make and get right. The pipeline is huge. Concept , storyboard , pre vis, modelling, texturing, animation, lighting and camera movements , Test renders, final renders. Rendering that will take days and days to render. Sometimes weeks depending on the poly count. And each part f the pipeline is different people with diff skills!! So make up would be easy. CGI is not easy.
