Most of us watch movies in boring, stock-standard movie theaters, but that's not how it has to be. These cool cinemas will show you just how much more awesome of an experience watching a movie can be.
Some of these old movie theaters have interesting histories and have survived bombings and fires. Others were demolished and restored, preserving their unique architecture design. These movie theaters have been recognized not only for their cultural significance but also for their architectural and interior design value.

The Olympia Hall has usually no beds. This was a promotionnal event by Ikea, "In bed with Ikea". It happened one time only.

I went there to watch a movie, but ended up giving birth during it!! LOL! I gave birth at the time that a charcter in the movie was gonna.

They don't show movies here. It is really just a restaurant with old movie clips playing on the screen.

One of the most uncomfortable places to eat. They play clips from old sci-fi movies, which is fun but the food is bad. A novelty, I guess.

It was built in the middle of the XVI century. “Kurshumli”=Куршум=bullet. One part was accommodation, other part served as a barn.

Why is this screen so small and not in a wider aspect ratio? Very limited in use. Might as well stay at home and watch a large flat screen.

I like the wedge shape in the centre as those are the best seats in any cinema, but tables and chairs in the wings? Also screen wrong size.
