I Did An Art Installation Of 2,5 Million Euros To Fund A Fine

I bet that everyone had some good or bad experience while of using Torrent app. I have to admit that I used it too, but now I’m clearly. Last time I used the app was in Berlin, Germany. And this time cost me 915 Eur per 30 sec. My computer seeded a movie in Torrent app for a 30 sec. and I got a 915 Eur  surcharge.

After some panic I decide to do a performance and call it “30sec. debt for art”, because I’m a poor artist and it’s the only way to return the debt. The plan was to make a big installation from 8 million Lithuanian litas (2.5 million euros), the most expensive installation I ever did, literally. Ok, it was only pieces of banknotes, but still…

All the process and destroying was broadcasting live on the news portal and people had a possibility to fund me. After two days I had a all amount and paid the check. Big thanks for a supporting. The artwork was sent to all supporters and they can use the picture whatever they want.
