Art is a perfect way to communicate and highlight all the issues and problems that arise. It is also a means to open people's eyes and let them finally see things that were swept under the rug and not touched for the longest time.
German artist Steffen Kraft, also known as Iconeo, creates thought-provoking illustrations that enable one to self-reflect and to see the world from a different point of view. Bored Panda has shared his artworks with you pandas before (you can find them here). Since that time the artist created some more profound illustrations. His drawings are impressive and communicate important messages that come from observing our modern society. Which one is the most relatable to you?

Steffen Kraft is a graphic designer and an illustrator from Germany. Some time ago, Steffen revealed to Bored Panda that he used to work in an advertising agency, but it wasn’t something he wanted to pursue in his life. It was “far away from being an artist.” For Steffen, it is important to express something in illustrations, not just make momentary images that people are overwhelmed with already.
Steffen’s creativity does not have any boundaries. He has developed an unique style that perfectly fits with the themes he visualizes. The artist manages to illustrate the world and everything that surrounds us with simple, yet surprising and thought-provoking drawings. That’s the power of art and talent.
make that last one "during corona" as well, since there are so many idiots travelling.
The artist tries to turn complex political, social and environmental themes into simple and provoking illustrations that everybody can easily understand and maybe even feel the need to discuss with others. That’s the goal for Steffen.
By depicting and pointing to some problems that our society faces, the artist also manages to motivate people to change something about it, to be more conscious, active and creative.
Steffen also creates other witty art that you can check out on his Instagram account, as well as Facebook, Twitter and other social media. What are your thoughts on these artworks? Were they inspirational for you as much as they were for us? Don’t forget to leave a comment below!
Not sure if what the meaning is supposed to be, but I like the picture
Then don't. Make something. Invite people over. Give people experiences than a bunch of stuff they could buy themselves.
It would make a big difference. If you are somewhere with no public transport - or sketchy P.T., then really, you need one. I mean, your spouse is having a heart attack, and you know ambulance will take like an hour to get there, you need a car. Ditto if you have a job interview. PT will never get you to a job interview on time.
When it comes to these they're usually only pesudo-deep and have some good ones and some awful ones but I am pleased that all of these hit it out of the park and actually do paint a picture on society unlike...all the other people who attempted this on BP with 2 that aren't paint a picture of society
He's a good artist technique-wise, but Jesus all of them are what a 14yo would think is "deep"
Better then the guy who compared choosing meat to tinder...
Don't you know? That's how the the rest of the world thinks Americans are.

No s**t. This guy makes money from this?
It's not about the message, it's how it's communicated. I find these to represent a simple idea in a strong visual that should be a daily wake up call
I feel like he's imitating someone else. Like I've heard or said all these things already. It almost seems like stating the obvious. But what is old news to some is a wake up call for others.
