Rescued Indonesian Monkey Makes Friends Everywhere She Goes, And The Internet Loves It (35 Pics)
27Kviews
We can all get along! Though our social media feeds may suggest the opposite, a little baby monkey by the name of BiBi would agree. The tiny rescue lives in Animal Home in Indonesia, where she shares the space along with other cute animals, and BiBi seemingly has a great relationship with all of them. But don't just take our word for it, take a look at it yourselves. If BiBi seems oddly familiar to you, it may be because many of her videos go viral, reaching millions of views, and if you've seen them, you know that they're worth every second watched.

Why rescue him if you dont let him be a monkey? You dress him in silly clothing and use him as a prop for clickbaits. Just stop.
You know little monkey friend Thats exactly how they used to feed me 'till I growed up a bit!
I'm just washin the kids ear - please pay more attention to his hygiene!
Please listen - dogs should not have grapes - you gotta eat the egg!
I thought this monkey was kind but now I see she's a monster who microwaves innocent chickens.
The results of a cat crossing the path of the dog pulling my wagon.
I understand the diaper since he does not live with his natural family in the wild, but stop dressing him like a human, he has fur
I am saddened that some people write nasty reports about this monkey. Does he really look neglected and abused to anyone?
IS BIBI REALLY A RESCUE? OR IS THIS ANIMAL BEING EXPLOITED FOR CLICKS?
Look at that channel on youtube, I came across it a few months ago and all I can one can think of is that those poor animals are not cherished as pets but rather subjects for "cute" animal videos and unfortunately there are so many new ones popping up everyday and a lot of them from Asia. Bibi is most likely not a rescue and i hate to say it but Bibi looks so malnourished and lethargic in the videos. I've had the priviledge to see many monkeys in the wild and in rehabilitation and all I can say is Bibi doesn't look so well for a baby her age.
I had questioned his health and wondered why he wasn’t putting on any weight, but I never received a response.
Well, you do know that Bibi is gone. He supposedly sent her to a sanctuary because his monkey license ran out. We haven't had any updates since the "Where is Bibi" video explaining the situation. It's been over a month and a lot of speculation about what happened. Some say she wasn't cute anymore so he set her free in the forest to fend for herself. That has happened to others. Especially in Indonesia lately. There is an Indonesian monkey abuse trend that is running rampid on YT. I personally fear the worst for Bibi and now Obi and Chloe who took Bibi's place on another channel. They are already calling Obi Bibi. We thought the first time was a mistake but the second time we knew Bibi wasn't coming back.
I don’t know what videos of BiBi you are watching but the ones I see show a monkey extremely well taken care of and fed the very best meals of fruits and vegetables. What I see is a deep loving bond between a very kind man and a very special animal. There is no question Dad and BiBi love each other. Watch carefully.
THANK YOU! I thought dressing up animals was considered cruelty?
I think so! BP needs to get rid of such posts ASAP. It creates a market.
I don't want to imagine what will happen to her and all the other baby animals in those pictures once they grow up and 'aren't cute' anymore. :(
This is sad this monkey is very malnourished from the looks of it and it’s sad to say she probably is being exploited for pictures.
This is just wrong in so many ways. Buying a baby wild animal that was stolen from its parents—who were very likely killed to make that possible—is simply immoral!
This is heartbreaking. Monkeys are social beings and live in groups. This little guy is likely starved for companions. Please don't promote animal abuse. Wild animals may survive in captivity, but they're not really living.
I've learned a lot from donating to and following a monkey sanctuary in Canada. The sanctuary tries to create family groups whenever possible, as socializing is really important. For monkeys that might fight (such as if two males are with one female), they're in neighbouring cages so that they can still socialize, but safely. They get access to the outdoors, too. One time, some monkeys watched people do yoga at a fund-raiser for the sanctuary.
