Indonesian artist Elicia Elidanto creates delicate watercolor paintings which depict the intimate relashionship between children and animals. Her black and white watercolors show silhouettes of small children standing in front of majestic and dangerous creatures.
The relationship children and animals seem to have is a very subtle and innocent one, as children, not understanding the danger, gaze into the eyes of predators. While admiring these beautiful watercolors, we too can sence the magical connection between the child, the animal and nature itself.
