Animal Inspired Do It Yourself Unique Paper Lamps

Since I’m a 3D artist that always focued around character art for games, I’ve always dreamnt of making something unique that I would enjoy doing. I always loved polygonal modelling, because it gives that rough yet unique look. At first, everything started as a simple paper craft project, I was trying new things, experimenting with low poly design and made a penguin. I turned it into a paper craft and I was surprised how amazing it looked. And the paper craft hobby slowly reached a point where I have done so many of them and wanted to try something new. That something new turned out to be lamps.

I always try to make the lamps look as unique as possible and that is why I adapted a triangular style in which polygon is exactly that, a triangle, because I think it gives it that sort of unique look which I completely love in 3D models.

We are basing our ideas on real life animal, because they are magnificant creatures and offer amazing shapes to experiment with.

Our paper lamps are made with 160gsm hight quality card paper; We offer a range of different colours, which were chosen to create unique moods.

– Printed Assembly Instruction Manual that takes you through assembly part step by step
