Russian Mother Continues To Take Magical Photos Of Her Two Kids With Animals On Her Farm
Elena Shumilova, the talented Russian photographer who first went viral on Bored Panda (see here), has been busy creating more enchantingly beautiful images of children and animals enjoying rural life.
Her photos are brimming with the idyllic joy of village life, and their cozy and timeless nature is made even more heartwarming by her models – her two children and the army of beautiful animals on her farm. As she said in an earlier interview with Bored Panda, “Children and animals – it’s my life. I’m a mom with two sons and we spend a lot of time on the farm.”
Perhaps this quality is helped by her preference for using the right natural light. Shumilova, who uses a Canon EOS 5D Mark III and a 135mm lens, told Bored Panda, “When shooting I prefer to use natural light – both inside and outside. I love all sorts of light conditions – street lights, candle light, fog, smoke, rain and snow – everything that gives visual and emotional depth to the image.”
