When I go to the shops, I try to find the most desirable fruits and vegetables to carve up.

This time I found some beautiful green broccoli. They were like they were looking at me, shining & shimmering.

When I finish carving something, it’s like the first time. I get immediately excited.

Each vegetable looks the same but the creativity behind the art tells a story.

For me, nothing relaxes me as much as when i hold my knife. It’s something indescribable.
