Adele Shows Off Her Incredible Transformation In The New Pic She Posted On Her 32nd Birthday
Yesterday, well-known Grammy-winner Adele celebrated her 32nd birthday. The ‘Someone Like You’ singer hasn’t been in the spotlight much these days or even updated her Instagram account lately. However, she recently took to social media to thank everyone for sending her warm birthday wishes alongside a photo that left her fans speechless.

Her first photo on Instagram after a 5-month hiatus showed her posing dressed in a tight-fitting black dress and standing next to a floral hoop. Adele’s new look was mesmerizing with something clearly different about her — her figure.
Fans couldn’t help but notice Adele’s new look
“Thank you for the birthday love. I hope you’re all staying safe and sane during this crazy time. I’d like to thank all of our first responders and essential workers who are keeping us safe while risking their lives! You are truly our angels ♥️ 2020 okay bye thanks x,” Adele captioned the photo.

The most observant fans probably noticed a while ago that Adele is going through a weight-loss journey and she’s nailing it!
Adele now looks dramatically different from how we first remember her. She released her breakout album way back in 2008 at the tender age of just 19. The debut record was a smash success, winning numerous accolades and launching her career.
Last year, the ‘Someone Like You’ singer started a weight loss journey and the results she achieved left her fans speechless

As new photos of her started to emerge, a rumor began going around Adele was following the Sirtfood Diet. Based on the book of the same name, the diet involves eating foods rich in sirtuins, a type of protein found in plant foods that can supposedly activate the “skinny gene”. Coupled with a fitness plan, you can see the striking results that it’s given her. This diet, coupled with a fitness plan and personal training, has resulted in what you see today.
She hasn’t publicly revealed how much she’s lost but one fan managed to speak with Adele about the weight-loss story. In a chance encounter at a restaurant, a student called Lexi Larson said Adele “lost something like 100 pounds” (45kg). Lexi told People magazine: “She seemed so happy, and she looked amazing. She seemed really confident!”
And the confidence shows in more than just her appearance. Adele is a weight-loss inspiration for everyone wanting to be healthier both inside and out! We can’t wait for Adele’s fourth album — which is reportedly in the works — and hearing more from the star.

Load More Replies...she looked stunning either way but i'm very happy that she's much more healthier now. i'm personally using the quarantine to get stronger because i'm literally a noodle and get blown away by the wind :p
Definitely a big change but regardless of how she looks, I hope that she is happy in herself.
Jesus what a bunch of moaners here. "She looked better before" - guess what dipshit, she's not asking for your opinion.
Heavy, thin, short or tall...her voice is incredible and she is an amazingly caring woman. Who cares what she looks like. She's inspirational!
This is quite a transformation for her body for sure! Until you've been really overweight and then lost it, don't judge. I lost 45 lbs in 10 months as a teen and other than 2 pregnancies, kept it off. I'm now 68. I'm sure she had lots of help and encouragement which certainly helps, the challenge now is to keep it off. But I really hope she did this for herself, not anyone else. And to say she's not healthy- are you her doctor? Have you looked at her medical record? She may have medical issues she doesn't wish to share. Give her a break. Like I said, until you've been there, don't judge and assume things.
Your body is an instrument you use to accomplish your goals and move around in the world. However your body looks, as long as it's serving you and you are caring for it, it's good.
It's nice when someone can control their weight and get to a healthy level. With that said, I think Adele is prettier with a little added weight. I wouldn't recognize her now if I walked past her on the street.
I just hope she did it by choice and not pushed by the media, because she was beautiful. I'll keep to myself which version oh her I like, because I believe it's awful to shame a fat person, but also to shame a thin person...
