This preschooler (lets call them Timmy) is getting bullied by a middle schooler (lets call them Moe) because Timmy is black. Timmy has NOT done anything to Moe, Moe is bulling Timmy for no reason. Moe has been calling Timmy names, and other things. I confronted Moe but the bulling has not stopped. What should I do?

tell the teacher so that the teacher is aware but ask the teach not to do anything then you can tell timmy to bully moe back if moe tells the teacher the teacher already knows and can now see that moe was bullying timmy first

also if timmy can show moe that he isnt a target moe will probably back down
