A Catapulted Life
A catapulted life
Sometimes, I bother about how no one wants to talk to me or even how I don’t want to talk to anyone because of my slight speech problems. But lately, it seemed as though no one wanted to listen to me anymore because of the way I talk and even some that listens, I felt as though they only do that not to hurt my feelings. But the Holy Spirit make me understand that in order to be elevated in life, sometimes there would be setbacks.
One reason why God allow us believers to go through some certain things in life is for him to show himself. He wants a situation whereby when he finally intervenes, you would have no choice but to say it was His doing.
Like a catapult, you are pulled back by the enemy to face setbacks, disappointments, trials etc. But when God wants to set you free, you are catapulted to greater distance than you ever were. So, that situation that seem like you have been pulled, like the missile in a catapult, wait for your release because you know that when you get it, you’ll be far better than you ever were.
But nothing propels you or quickens up your release other than faith. Faith is morw than just trusting God because some still claim they trust God and go back to fighting the battle themselves. Faith is putting everything and saying, “hands down, God. It’s all in your hands.”
I know I may sound cliche but a man is nothing without God. Whether you like it or not, whether you believe it or not, there is a God always at work in your life.
