The floppy disk one annoyed me, First, they existed since the 1960s. Second, only the much later 3.5 inch ones, and indeed only the later versions of those, could be formatted to hold 1.4Mb. The Original IBM PC introduced in 1981 that lead to them becoming the 1980s standard(s) used 5.25in floppy disks with just 160Kb capacity. (320Kb ones were available but not standard). Yes, I was actually using them that long ago.
