A lot of these were already filed in my brain under "useless facts I know for some weird reason" but some of them were... also not very challenging, like guessing who the term "Kafkaesque" was derived from (lol.) I had to guess at the one about the Stockholm bank robbery, because I couldn't remember if it took place in the 70s or 80s. As an aside, both Catch-22 and 1984 are VERY good books, and are more relevant than ever these days :(
People vary, Doubtless some would have thought the Kafka one was a trick question, and many people would have been fairly sure the "survival" one it was Darwin. There were a couple I didn't actually know for sure but was able to make an educated guess by ruling out the other answer. Qin Shi Huang was pretty much guesswork though, never heard the name before.
