Photographer Turns The Perspective Sideways In These Mind-bending Images

Ever since I did my award winning wedding image with alternate perspective I’ve wanted to revisit this crazy mind-bender idea. The right project came along finally to do this with this amazing artist Jammy Harris.

Jammy Harris is a singer, musician and songwriter who was born and raised in the Welsh capital Cardiff, the heart of the land of song. He has not been “discovered” yet, but I think he will be the next big thing coming from UK to the music scene. Just love his music!

The original request for the photoshoot came from producer Jolyon Dixon who I know through our kids, as they go to the same school.

I pitched them the idea of doing this kind of alternate perspective image and they were really excited about it. I found this really cool location from Cardiff Bay where one stone formation / art piece forms almost like a letter J (for Jammy). I took initial cell phone shots of the location and tried to previsualize with some sketches how the image would look like.

Then it was just to find a perfect date and take those pictures and then it was post work to get the images look the way I wanted.
