What If We Disappeared: The World Without Us: My Photo Project About Abandoned Locations (30 Pics)
Dear friends, it’s time to share the big news: I am extremely proud to announce that my second book Green Urbex: The World Without Us has now been released by Albin Michel! You will find all my latest photographs there.
What if mankind disappeared completely from the earth? Through the pages, you will see the floors covered by dust, walls cracked, wood rotting, and nature invading slowly those places that used to be full of life, reminding us of the necessity to live in harmony with our habitat. Nature cannot resist the pressure and damage Man is doing for much longer. Through the pages, I will take you on a journey with me to castles, schools, hospitals, factories, and churches that have been forgotten by us.

Lycee V as it's called among Urbexers. Sadly for us, it's being renovated.
Is this in a tour house? It's too clean to be abandoned. Gorgeous photo!!
As with others of this ilk, these are beautiful. I never cease to question why these sites haven't been ransacked and stripped of furnishings and books, or been restored. Were some rooms staged? The Roman bust, marble, must be worth a great deal of money.
These pictures remind me of the TV show "Life After People." Some labels on the locations and kinds of buildings/rooms would have been helpful.
Loved that show! I wish they'd do the whole series on DVD or BD. They do have one BD and Season 1 out but gave up and no more after. Mysteries Of The Abandoned is another neat show.
