I want my bottom teeth removed and have false teeth. After all, I have no back teeth and just 8 bottom teeth.
As a child nutrition was a hit and miss. Sometimes one meal a day consisted of white beans or pinto beans with corn bread. I have a deep family issues that still affects my siblings and I even after 30 odd years after Mother passed. But back to my question. Healthy foods were foreign as a child. As such, my teeth and bones are 'not all that'. So if I demand what's left of my lower teeth removed does the Dentist have the last word about removing the few teeth?

It depends on where you live. In some places, you have a right to dictate what kind of treatment you receive for any given health issue. In Other places, the qualified doctor can refuse to carry out treatment if they feel it is detrimental to your health or not required for health reasons. If you're brave enough, you should offer your services to the nearest dental school/hospital to allow dental students to work on your teeth. You'll end up with a great smile at no cost, but they'll dictate the treatment.
