if you're drawing people sketch the person's body first, THEN add clothes. ik it's not really an art hack but a lot of amateur artists don't know that.

    i found a way to do symmetry without tracing paper. first, you draw something on a piece of paper, then you flip said piece of paper so that the drawing is face down on another piece of paper. take a pencil and colour over it hard. so that it becomes almost black if you’re using a normal pencil.
