So! My grandma LOVES to take pictures of me and my brother doing random things. I once told her i didn't like it when she did that and she said: 'of course not! You hate EVERYTHING and just love ice cream!' I was so mad at her that day and ignored her the whole entire day!
I hate pictures too. My mum calls me miserable because of it
I am ill so I haven't been able to work for a few years. My grandmas do not know it because they are too old to worry about it. So they just think that I 'finally' settled down to be a housewife; which makes them very happy because they consider that women are worth nothing, only good to be maids and baby breeders. This last xmas one of them asked me again if I was not working and told me with a big smile on her face 'See? your career was useless'. Thanks gran, forgive me while I go to the bathroom to cry.
Not really a story but it is stupid and it happens a lot. "You're really tall". As if I wasn't aware I am a 6ft tall woman.
