Butter – 100 g
Egg – 1 pc.
Baking soda – ½ teaspoon
Honey – 30 ml
Sugar – 70 g
Ground ginger – 1 teaspoon
Ground cinnamon – 2 teaspoons
Ground cardamom – 1 pinch
Ground cloves – 1 pinch
Ground nutmeg – 1 pinch
We prepare the products.

Knead the dough.
In a bowl, combine the soft butter, sugar, egg and honey.

Beat with a whisk until smooth.

In another bowl, sift flour, baking soda and spices (ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and nutmeg). Mix it up.

We introduce dry ingredients into the oil mass.

Knead the non-sticky dough.

We form a disk from the dough and wrap it with cling film.
We cool the dough in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Turn on the oven to preheat to 180 degrees.

We transfer the cookie blanks directly from the parchment to the baking sheet.

Bake gingerbread cookies for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
The baked gingerbread is completely cooled.
