This is both depressing and inspiring at the same time. I want my (sane) country back!!!

I am not at all naive but I looked at this and saw kids and smiles. I know the underlying message is 'politics" but should that be the only focus and comments for this post?

It’s so confusing bc obama administration deported a lot of immigrants but was quiet about it. I don’t understand the hatred people are expressing toward southern immigrants but also I’m not sure any leaders policy would to be just let them all freely walk in? Caging parents and children is wrong and a wall is a bad idea but there is a process of applying to enter the country even to seek asylum. They’re just more fortunate asylum seekers that can walk here vs ones over seas. Then we end up only helping those from South America

This is genius. I'm against the wall. Not because of humans, but because of animal migration. Short of the animal migration, I can't think of a good reason people should be allowed to illegally cross into other countries. Just sayin.

I don’t get why everyone hates on the wall, Mexico has a wall on its southern border to keep out the Guatemalan people

whoever thinks that the wall is a good idea is truly an American Idiot.

I hate that we haven't done enough to stop the wall, but also I love that we find a way to defy Trump and the hate that he stands for. We need more seesaws all across the border so more people can defy Trump.

Correct me if I'm wrong. I am sure you wil. But, I was told, many years ago that Russia thought that passports were a good idea. This would keep every country safe. Borders were a good thing. Of course, the rest of the world thought it was a silly idea. Go figure !

I am not a Trump supporter and I couldn't give a damn less about politics but I did a research paper on the pros and cons of expanding and reinforcing the wall between u.s and mexico. No one is saying immigrants aren't welcomed in the United States, just that illegal immigrants are unwelcomed. There's a compelling case on both sides but do your research before you call it "inhumane and disgusting".

Obama (and Hillary) voted for the Secure Fence Act in 2006. It authorized 700 miles of fence. Trump wants 1000 miles of bigger fence. For some reason Obama is a hero and Trump is the devil though. I'm glad you did point out that Bill Clinton also wanted walls.

What people don't understand is we as well as the president, don't want all those criminal illegal immigrants coming into our country with their drugs and violent ways. We care about our kids, and we don't want any more killed by an illegal that should never have been here. Come to the US the right way and you will be welcomed.
