Based in Cornwall, England, good friends Jack and Alex were convinced that they were able to do something new. By infusing layers of denim fabric from old jeans, with a carefully selected resin, they have created Solid Denim.

Solid Denim is extremely strong and has all the right properties to make high quality sunglasses that are incredibly different. Each pair is handmade, with the contoured frames being made from between 6 and 10 layers of denim.

“We have a local supply of discarded jeans and we use recycled jeans of all shapes, sizes, colours and textures making each pair of sunglasses completely unique, no two pairs are the same.”
