My Friends Newborn Baby Was Born With The Same Birthmark In Her Hair As Her Mother
Most of us have a birthmark somewhere on our skin, but this mom and daughter share one on their head. This DNA mutation is called Poliosis and results in the absence of melanin on any hairy part of the body. This unique birthmark can be inherited, or be caused by an autoimmune destruction of the pigment cells at the base of the hair.
Why does it seem like all hospitals, around the world, have that same ugly blanket for babies, that has the blue/pink stripes on it? They are ubiquitous and so ugly. Where do they come from? Someone cornered the market on those ugly blankets!
ikr?! in 2000 our hospital still had some cute patterns

Those are some pretty colored contacts right? Nope, this person has heterochromia iridis, a genetic variation that manifests in multicolored eyes. The duel coloring is caused by an excess or lack of melanin resulting from genetics, disease or an injury. The perfect split you see in the image below is called sectoral heterochromia and occurs when there are two different colors in the same iris. There is a dominant color and then a splash of second one.
I have this too, on a much smaller scale. Just greyish blue eyes with smallish but definitely visible brown splotch. Lots of people who get up close to me exclaim in surprise! :)
I have this as well, one eye is half blue half brown , and my other eye is all blue. My kids all have blue eyes, except for my youngest has a brown stripe down the middle of one eye :)
Load More Replies...I have heterochromia. It's not obvious unless you look closely, but my eyes are green, brown and grey.
Our great-grandson (6 years old) has big spots of color in his irises! His eyes are spooky and so cool!
My Dad Has 6 Fingers On Each Hand. He Uses 2 Fingers To Flip Someone Off
This man's thumbs are there and just would not bend at the knuckle, but are fully formed and can be moved at the base of the fingers. Polydactyly runs in his family, too. Both him and his son had 12 fingers and 12 toes, although his boy had surgery when he was young.
all these years I kept wishing I have more middle fingers to flip off someone, never thought it would be possible
They look normal, like nothing is odd. I was expecting to find some type of deformity, but that is not the case.
a couple of years ago, I read about a baby boy who had six fingers on each hand, and they were all so perfectly formed, it was not noticed for a few days. Doctors wonder what marvels he will be able to achieve
Ulnar Dimelia Or Mirror Hand Syndrome
Ulnar dimelia is a congenital deformity where the thumb is absent, the ulna is duplicated, and there are seven or eight fingers in the hand. The human body condition is often referred to as "mirror hand syndrome.” It is so rare that less than 100 cases have been reported in medical literature.
We may finally find out the answer of what the sound of one hand clapping is

My Brother-In-Law Got A Thumb From Each Parent
Wether we like it or not we are all a combination of the genes our parents gave us. Each gene is a blueprint for our bodies and the ones from our parents contain information that informs everything from eye color to diseases to the characteristics of our thumbs.
The thumb on the right belonging to the brother in law is actually what's called a "clubbed thumb".
Oh cool, I have that but I never knew if there was an official name for it. Thanks!
Load More Replies...Right there with ya! It really bothers me. My thumbs are actually the same length but right is fatter with a wider nail that is shorter than the left
Load More Replies...My thumbs are different I'm going to check my parents thumbs later
Well now you can say this is my mother's thumb and this is my father's
My husband has two weird toes (separate feet). One is like his mother’s weird toe and the other is like his dad’s weird toe.
I have the same thing! The short, wide thumbs are Brachydactyly Type D, and I have them on both hands. I inherited them from my dad
My GF Was Born Without A Nail On A Finger. So Due To Popular Demand, We Put Google Eyes On It
Anonychia congenita is a genetic condition that can affect the fingernails and toenails. People with this abnormality are usually missing all of their nails but in some cases (hyponychia) only some fingernails or a partial nails are missing. Those affected by anonychia congenita do not have any other health conditions as a result of their condition.
And the put googly eyes on everything else. It's easy!
Load More Replies...I would put a fake nail on it, convince a bunch of people to watch me, and then pull it off. Instant spook.
I've seen where people without nails will have a tattoo of a nail inked on. It looks perfectly real and is a good option if it bothers her.
My Son Was Born With Natural Elf Ears
Stahl's ear (also called Spock's ear for all the Star Trek fans out there) is an ear deformity that results in a pointy ear shape as well as an extra cartilage fold. This abnormality is the result of a misshapen cartilage and when found in the first weeks of an infant's life ear molding is a viable treatment.
I would leave the ears alone. You know how many people PAY to get their ears to look this good?? LOL!!! Gelfling... what an adorable name!!
Load More Replies...I don't think I could bring myself to mold it. It's such a delightful deformity.
Bet there's lots of people would be envious of this. I am. Not sure if it is for the Spockness or the Elfness.
Pretty cool and oddly enough though I don't know why just a little jealous
I Was Born Ready For This
Born with Amniotic Band Syndrome, this person claimed they used to wrestle and since it was required that opponents shake hands before the first period, it was a great way to throw people off.
Nah not irony. Just rare stats ( the hand ) finally caught up with common stats ( the game card ). But still a rare occurrence. Gold star applied.

I Have Only Four Fingers On My Left Hand, And Have And Index Finger Instead Of My Thumb
Symbrachydactyly is a condition where babies are born with an underdeveloped hand which causes them to have small, or in the case of the person below, missing fingers. Hand malformations are often treated with orthotics, prosthetics, physical therapy or in some cases surgery.
Incorrect - this person had a malformed thumb or something of that nature. The index finger was surgically moved to provide a working thumb. The scar is clearly visible
I wondered if they were missing a thumb & their index finger was transferred to the thumb area so they can pick thing up.
Load More Replies...I Was Born With A Scar On My Eye
No this photo wasn't edited, that person really has a scar on their eye, or in medical terms - macular pucker. Macular pucker is a scar tissue that formed in the eye's macula which is located in the retina. This part of the eye gives the eye sharp vision, so this condition can cause blurred and distorted vision. Macular puckers occur when the vitreous of the eye ( a gel-like substance on its interior) pulls away from the retina.
I hate to be "that guy" but a macular pucker is not on the iris, it is on the macula.
Hope there is a treatment available. I have AMD in both eyes, (hereditary) and have to have a shot in them about every 4 weeks or so. Painful and scary, but they REALLY help!
My Boyfriend Has Freckles On Only Half Of His Face, I Think It's Cool
This guy's rare freckle pattern may seem like it's a one-of-a-kind rarity but he's not alone. Back in 2015, California woman, Samantha, went on The Doctors to ask them to explain when she had a freckle pattern that sharply went along only one side of her body. The answer- a very specific type of birthmark. "It's a very specific type of birth mark which started when you were an embryo," dermatologist Dr. Sonia Batra told her. "And the pigment cells in your neural crest, some of them actually developed a mutation or a change and as the cells migrated over, it actually effects only half the body. 'That's why there's such a sharp cut off."
You can also get half a face of freckles from driving with the window down on a regular basis. Admittedly my way is less impressive.
My son has freckles on only one side in front and the other side in the back... weird!
its great that hes your boyfriend. i love how you are able to accept him for who he is
I mentioned this earlier, believe the first post, that my niece has this.
My Son Has Symmetrical Hair Whorls Which Go In Opposite Directions. This Allows Him To Grow A Natural Mohawk
This may look like a cool haircut but your barber might have a tough time replicating it. A hair whorl is a patch of hair that grows in a circular clockwise or counterclockwise direction. This hair abnormality has been studied by behaviorists to see if their is a genetic link between handedness and whirl direction, but nothing absolutely conclusive has been found.
My teenage son has these, too. :) Has a lot of "problems" with finding the right haircut.
Same here with my teen son. If his hair grows too much, it looks wild. Cockatoo hair.

My Left Eye Is About 1/3 Grey
This is a perfect example of sectoral heterochromia, a difference in coloration of the iris when only part of it has a different color from its remainder. It may be inherited, or caused by genetic mosaicism, chimerism, disease, or injury.
This whole post is making me realize how much I like different eyecolours! Its amazing to see so many different versions I have never seen before
Murdered my post, that's to my mums green and dad's brown, I have lots of yellow from the green and the brown. With a swish of green in 1 eye. In sun and some light they shine gold. Some pictures I don't even have pupils because the shine kind of cut them out. My opthalmologist said the technical colour of my eyes is 'Amber'. Makes me very light sensitive and good at seeing in the dark. Eyes are cool.

Half Of The Eyelashes On My Right Eye Are White
When this person was 11, they woke up one morning to some of their eyelashes white. It happened overnight. Their mom thought they had bleached them somehow. It was only a very small section at first but it’s now over half of the eyelashes on this eye. It affects both top and bottom lashes, and they occasionally get one or two white hairs in their eyebrow. It’s a condition called Vitiligo and it occurs when your immune system is weak in a specific area, causing the color pigmentation to ‘drain’ out of the skin, or in their case, eyelashes.
Runs in my family. I have Vitilogo with my eyebrows and eyelashes. One eyebrow is brown with brown eyelashes, the other is white with white eyelashes. My brother has it at his hand, it can be seen best when he tans in summer.
I have the double row of lashes. Unfortunately, they don't look any thicker or longer. I didn't know until my daughter practiced putting semi-permanent lashes on me for cosmetology class. I wondered why I couldn't get liquid liner to go on straight, even with my right hand.
1/2 my right eyebrow, and a tuft of hair up & diagonal to that have no pigment. Gave me some problems when I was in the military as they thought I was bleaching that stripe. Lol
I have Vitiligo! It started when I was 26 with a white patch of skin on the top of each foot and a little later on my hands too. The condition seemed to progress on matching areas throughout my body! I am 61 now and the white patches seem to have merged somewhat as I do not go brown in the sun on any part of my body! My eyelashes and brows are still dark but my hair is now naturally grey.
My Wife Discovered That She And My Sister Both Have Syndactyly Connected Toes. They Celebrated Their Similar Trait With New Tattoos
Scientifically, this condition is known as syndactyly, but it's commonly referred to as webbed toes, even though it applies to both fingers and toes. Common in the animal kingdom, this condition is rarer among humans. Statistically there's one baby with webbed toes in 2000-2500 births. So syndactyly is not extremely rare and even Ashton Kutcher has it.
That's so crazy! I have the same condition as them and I got the same tattoo a couple months ago!!

Mine are like that, not completely connected like theirs are. I've always called them my blue jean toes bc they look like a pair of pants. Are yours on both feet as well?
Load More Replies...My Dad's Index Tip Was Cut Off When He Was 10, My Index Is Shorter Than My Pinky
This case would require more scientific study. According to research as of now acquired characteristics are non-heritable characteristics of a living creature and that includes injuries and accidents. One possible explanation for this short index finger? a hand abnormality.
It is a primitive belief that acquired characteristics can be inherited and has been refuted time and time again since the 1800s. The Soviets studied it for decades (Lamarckism/Lysenkoism) and found nothing. A recent study suggests that some things, like immunity to a virus, may be inheritable in worms via RNA rather than DNA.
my husband fell as a child and part of his ear is missing, his youngest sun was born with the same part of the same ear missing!
My husband broke his middle toe on his left foot as a kid, but didn't get it corrected so it remained crooked. When our daughter was born, she was born with her middle toe crooked just like his, on the same foot.
The theory that you can inherit characteristics from things that happen to your parents such as a hand injury is lysenkoism and is not real science.
I had never heard of Lysenkoism and just had a lovely little Wikipedia read. Thanks 😊

I have a birth mark on my foot, the same place & shape as my dad’s scar on his as he was born with his foot the wrong way round & had an operation to turn it. I also had a friend who’s mom got her hand caught in a mangle when she was pregnant. When my friend was born she had a smaller arm & hand on the same side as her mom had got caught
My Kid Has One Streak Of Very Dark Hair
When you have a blonde streak or a white streak because of a localized decrease of melanin it's called poliosis. However, there is no certain name for when the area has increased melanin. Some people are calling this a "birthmark" and other's are saying it's probably just a discoloration in the hair and that it will eventually even out.
of my two daughters, My Red Head has a streak of black hair and my dark brown haired daughter has a streak of Ginger, opposite side of the head to my red head.
My brother did when he was a baby/toddler. It dissappeared by the time he was three though. I remember that the dark hair grew faster than the rest of his hair
My streak ran forehead to crown directly in the middle (and a patch behind my left ear). The hair was thicker, darker, and prone to curl--totally opposite my blonde, fine, straight other hair. And no, it didn't ever change from adolescence to my current 76 years, except that it's now a different shade of gray.
One of my children had this and it was very obvious a black streak against platinum blonde when he was a toddler. As he grew his hair darkened but the streak felt and looked different ending up going grey when he was 20
Prior to 11th grade, if you looked closely, I had red, light brown, dark brown, and blond strands, but it averaged out to auburn. Between 10th and 11th grade, my hair changed from auburn-looking to light brown, with all hair being about the same color, except that I developed a very light blond streak on one side. Everyone thought I had bleached it, but was natural. By 12th grade, the streak was gone and I've just been light brown since.
I Have Tentacles Under My Tongue- Apparently Not Everyone Does?
No this is not an elaborate Halloween prosthetic, these are what are called fimbriated folds of the tongue or plica frimbriata. The tentacle-like flaps occur when the folds that go alongside the frenulum (the tissue that connects the tongue to the bottom of the mouth) have small growths or skin tags on them. They are harmless but have the potential to get stuck in your teeth.
I was gonna say that and it is cool in the same breath.

Often referred to as "double jointed" people who can move their joints beyond its normal range have what are called hypermobility. This is more common among children (10% to 15%) and usually decreases with age, as approximately 5% of adults have this ability. There are multiple causes of hypermobility including: altered bone shapes, stretched ligaments, muscle tone or stiffness and proprioception (sense of movement).
I can't fully straighten my hands, so this makes me incredibly jealous!!
Oh, you don’t want this. No cartilage; everything breaks and sprains.
Load More Replies...EDS (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) can also cause hyper-mobility and it is by no means glamorous... more like s**t luck.
Just saw your post after I posted. EDS is truly a pain. I’m a geneticist, and I still can’t figure out the genetics of the disorder. I suspect that both of my parents have a milder form, but it’s not a classical autosomal recessive. Gets much worse with age. 😢
Load More Replies...Ehlers-Danlos. I have it. Two hip replacements, broken femur, broken ankles, dislocated knees, stretchy sagging skin. Ick. I’m lucky, because the more severe forms end up in the circus side shows. Don’t look for me on the ski slopes. 😂
My hands can also bend over back wards. I freak out a lot of people that way!!! Plus my right hand's middle finger, when I put my hand on a flat surface, I can lift up only the first half of my finger to a 45degree angle.
That's an actual way to test for Ehlers Danlos...might wanna check into that lol
Load More Replies...I have benign hypermobility syndrome. It sounds fun, but it causes a lot of pain because most people will develop arthritis and osteoporosis in their joints.
I can do this too. I can make all my fingers touch the back of my hand. My shoulders are also very flexible so i can hold my hands at the back and bring them to the front without any difficulty lol
I Was Born With 6 Toes On My Left Foot And My Co-Worker Was Born With 4 Toes On Her Right Foot
Six toes is a very common birth defect called Hexadactyly, which literally translates to six digits. This condition usually manifests as an extra finger or toe on the side of the toes or in between. Extra digits are usually harmless and can be removed easily but in other cases can be the side effect of a more serious condition.
My friend has the same problem of an extra toe finger.. so she buys same shoes of different sizes and wears them accordingly...
Just wanna say I love how she painted her toenails instead of just hiding her feet away
Okay, how did coworkers find this information out about each other. It is not like I sit around and talk about my feet with my coworkers.
My sister was born with an extra toe on one foot, but it lacked the bone structure to make it a functional toe. She had surgery to remove it when she was about three years old.
That is very common. I am kind of surprised the extra toe in this picture was not removed, as it looks like it would not have been a very complicated surgery.
Load More Replies...My other friends brother was born with six fingers on his left hand, the sixth connected to his pinky. He got it removed this month but it was pretty cool
I Was Born Missing My Right Pinky And Thumb
Out of all the babies born 10% are born with malformations of the hand. These congenital defects occur early in pregnancy and are sometimes inherited or a symptom of another condition. The person in this photo has a cleft hand (also called ectrodactyly or split hand) which occurs when the middle part of the hand develops abnormally. Babies with this condition are born missing one or more central fingers on the hand. There are two types of cleft hands: typical (V-shaped and usually missing or partially missing middle fingers); and atypical (U-shaped and usually involves only one hand).
As I mentioned before, there is a Korean film about a girl with a similar condition. I don't think the actress has it for real, though. The title is "...ing", and it's not sci-fi.
Load More Replies...10% of all babies born with birth defects have hand malformations. Only 1-2% of babies have birth defects. So only 0.1-0.2% of babies have hand malformations.
10% of babies are born with malformations of the hand??? I highly doubt it.
One in ten? Can this be true? It seems like too high a percentage.
One in ten children of those born with birth defects.
Load More Replies...10%?! Surely not? I made a quick search and found this one study giving 27.2% (all upper limb extremity deformities) per 10,000 births, i.e. 0.272 %. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/27078227
Five Fingers, No Thumb
The person in the photo above has all five functioning fingers except for one peculiarity - there's no thumb on the hand. This malformation is referred to as triphalangeal thumb where the thumb has three phalanges instead of two. It can be treated with reconstructive surgery by reshaping the finger so that it would operate like a thumb. It is estimated that approximately one in 25,000 children is born with the condition.
:generic glove comment no. 4: Interesting how many hand anomalities(?) there seem to be
It stated somewhere 10% of all babies born have some form of hand anomaly

I Was Born Without A Bridge In My Nose
Nasal bridge is a saddle-shaped area that includes the nasal root and the lateral aspects of the nose. It appears that the person has a so-called depressed nasal bridge, which can occur due to various conditions. The most commonly encountered congenital syndromes with a depressed nasal bridge in the pediatric orthopaedic practice are cleidocranial dysplasia, children with neurodevelopmental delay, achondroplasia, Conradi-Hünermann-Happle syndrome, Cornelia de Lange syndrome, osteogenesis imperfecta and Klippel-Feil syndrome. Interestingly enough, this unique feature has its perks - the person who posted the photo said that his nose never bleeds.
Dose that mean he can't break his nose? Dose it affect his breathing? So many questions, it is very interesting.
If there is no bone, he can't break it. He can only cut his nose.

Load More Replies...My niece was born without a bridge or septum! She was adopted from China- when she came here she was four , and for about ten years she had a constructive surgery every year (thanks Shriners!)Now 20, she's stunning - thankfully born naturally sassy, she has really bloomed. So grateful that she's my niece
Well damn, pushing down on it sure makes it worse, so stop doing that! Let us see what it looks like naturally!
"his nose never bleeds". Is that a big achievement? I'm 34 and have only had one small drop of blood come out of my nose, and it was when I was 8 months pregnant, at a much higher elevation than I was used to, it was FREEZING, and I'd been crying (yes, it was obviously a stressful and kinda scary situation). And all of that only led to one small drop of blood coming out of my nose. So it wasn't like a nose BLEED. But other than that, my nose "never bleeds" either. ? May be important to note tho, mny nasal bridge is pretty small! I have a little ski slope nose (like Rachel McAdams).
I Was Born With A Condition Where My Right Thumb Is Unable To Bend
Trigger finger is a condition that is found in one or more tendons of the hand. The tendon that allows the thumb to flex is too swollen and locks. Eventually the the thumb completely locks and is unable to bend at all. This condition is present in 3.3 per 1000 live births.
As a right handed man, this would be horrible as a teenager,
The above explaination doesn't mention that she SEEMS to have no JOINT in the middle of the thumb, because no knuckle is obvious....?
I wondered about that, or if the whorls on the thumb that indicate the joint did the form, because the skin has never been flexed?
Load More Replies...My boyfriend has this on his right thumb and he told me that he was born like that. It doesn't mind him, he just does things in a different way. I think that is cool! :D
I had trigger fingers in both hands as a child. I had to have surgery on my hands when I was 4... I developed arthritis in my teens and to this day my fingers aren't straight I can only flatten them when I press my hand against a hard surface.
If the joint is there but its the tendon stopping the joint from moving, this picture seems to imply that the wrinkly knuckle effect comes from the skin being constantly flexed and unflexed, as she has no wrinkled knuckle on the straight thumb. Interesting.
My Daughter Was Born With A Perfect Number 2 On Her Head
Bizarre birthmarks open the doors to myths, legends and folklore. In some cultures, it's believed that birthmarks represent your past life, in others - that gods have marked the baby as the chosen one to accomplish colossal deeds. In this case, as the parents of this baby joked, it's their first kid, so the number 2 might represent that the baby was supposed to have a twin, which she ate.
Cool pattern, but can you really consider it a birthmark if it's her veins?
Fetal absorption is a thing, I found out about it when I was reading 'The Dark Half' by Stephen King and looked into it. Pretty fascinating stuff.

Pruney fingers occur when the nervous system sends a message to the blood vessels to become narrower. Scientists argue why our fingers tend to prune in water. It’s hypothesized that, as gatherers, it was easier to pick vegetation from wet environments and the wrinkling of our toes prevented us from slipping. So maybe this person has an ancestry with a greater expression of this trait.
Scientists did a study and found out it doesn't affect grip
Load More Replies...Same here. This isn't an abnormal condition thou. Your hands are just wetter than those of other people and this makes your hands getting wrinkley in a water faster than normal. For me it takes only 5 minutes in the shower to get this effect. This is super cool as Noez said - better grip on wet surfaces also you can joke around with kids - "I'am the SEA MONSTER WRAAAWR" P.s. I'm not a doctor so please don't be rude while correcting me, you arent a doctor either.
My Little Finger Is My Biggest Finger
What does it mean when your "little finger" is larger than the rest? Macrodactyly is a rare condition that causes an individual to have one or more fingers or toes that are much larger than the others. The exact cause is unknown but some believe is comes from an abnormal nerve or blood supply.
Looks like two co-joined fingers to me. Again, would like to see an xray...
I Can See The Internal Bruising In My Finger When I Hold My Hand Up To The Light
This picture is interesting even despite the internal bruising in the finger. After it was posted on reddit, a lot of people were asking why the hell they can't see any finger bones. It is because of how much the skin and flesh diffuse the light. Think of it as looking through a pane of frosted glass, times a thousand.
I'm just going to ask what everyone is wondering... where are your bones?
The answer is in the text below: " It is because of how much the skin and flesh diffuse the light. Think of it as looking through a pane of frosted glass, times a thousand." Also -- haven't you all shined a flashlight through your hand before? Go ahead, use the light on your phone and do it right now. I'll wait....see any bones?
Load More Replies...Wait, that's unique? Cos if I hold a flashlight against my skin, I get the same results, I see the little veins just like them.
They said 'bruising' so I'm guessing the ring finger has been injured and they're talking about the darkness in it. Not the veins in the rest of the fingers.
Load More Replies...I used to do this when there was a really bright light. It was usually either my hands, or the inside of my mouth, but it was cool to look at.
The bruise shows I'm assuming because a bruise is popped or ripped blood veins so blood is blocking the light
Try this on your boob. You'll see your veins. And I think it makes fake boobs light up like a bulb. lol
People are wondering about bones but all I can think is ouch and how did you get such a nasty bruise!?!
I know I'm going to get discord for this, so, sorry in advance.....but I have to ask: What about this is a genetic trait? Couldn't anybody do this?
Here Is An Example Of Ryder’s Polydactyly
Polydactyly is the condition that causes a person to be born with extra digits on their feet or hands. Ryder was actually born with 12 fingers and 12 toes.
Because 'pterodactyl' was encountered and learned first and we seldom pay close enough attention to all the letters in a word.
Load More Replies...Like LOttawa said, it was probably from the blood sample or ink. They usually get it from the heel but wouldn't be weird if they got it from the toe.
My son also was born with polydactylyon all extremities. 6 fully functional fingers and toes. So was my husband, but his were removed at a young age. We had to remove the extra toes because they were causing foot growth and walking issues ( it broke my heart because he's perfect), but his hands are awesome with his extra digits! I love his big toddler hands. He give hi 6s and high twelves!
I Have A Single Line Across My Palm
did everyone else started checking their hands and toes for any similarities like the picture above, or was it just me?
Yup. Although I have known my fingers for 25 years I took a look to see if I have all of them or if they are identical and "normal". I forgot to brain apparently.

Yes, I agree, it's a big problem that people with physical differences are often forgotten or hidden away. One person who has made it a personal mission to introduce many of these hidden people by giving them a platform on a well designed YouTube channel. I'm talking about SBSK (special books by special kids) Chris travels around to interview extraordinary kids and their families, with the intention of shining a light on people who want to be seen and acknowledged. Unfortunately, Chris is now fighting for his channel's voice, which has been silenced by YouTube's new comment policies for children's channels. Read about it here: http://youtu.be/Wy7Tvo-q63o

I was like whaaa??? When she showed me her hands I could not believe it. She said her brother had it too and he was so upset at the fact that he could never do a fist and do boxing or fight.

I can dislocate my hips, turn my legs outwards, and im double jointed in both thumbs, not as exciting as any of these though.

Yup. Although I have known my fingers for 25 years I took a look to see if I have all of them or if they are identical and "normal". I forgot to brain apparently.

That is so very cool! I’d love to see a picture of them!
