I don't know how many of you people are familiar with a 1960's BBC Children's TV Show called Trumpton? I'm surprised that someone hasn't turned this into a really funny skit starring Orange Don. You could name the piece of land between Canada and Mexico "Trumpton". You could even call the Gulf of Mexico. The Golf of Trumpton. There is so much that could be done by someone with a bit of imagination. Which I don't have.
