“I’m Sorry, What?”: This Instagram Account Collects “Texts With Threatening Auras”, And Here Are 35 Of The Most Hair-Raising Ones (New Pics)
Typing out a few quick sentences and pressing "send" has never been easier, right? Exchanging messages play a huge role in our everyday life, giving us incredible freedom to communicate with our family, friends, and even total strangers from any corner of the world. But this also means we’re pretty easy to reach too, and unfortunately, not everyone’s up for a friendly chat.
Our phones sometimes have a tendency to light up, pour more fuel into our nightmares, and turn our world upside down in mere seconds. Not to sound overly dramatic or anything, but just take a look at this list right here. We’re taking a deep dive into a cursed collection of texts, courtesy of the 'Texts With Threatening Auras' Instagram account. The creators of the page document the very worst examples that end up spiraling off somewhere we least expect, leaving us knocking on wood and crossing our fingers in hopes for the best.
We have gone through their feed and gathered some of the most painfully awkward examples below, all for your entertainment! So enjoy scrolling through this list and be sure to tell us which of the entries made you feel slightly in danger. Keep reading to also find an in-depth interview about how to avoid getting lost in translation while sending texts with the web psychologist Graham Jones. And if you think you can handle even more hilarious threatening messages, check out Part 1 of this feature right over here.

My mom would have found this funny once she found out what happened and proceeded to show everyone she knew.
Well? You heard the woman! Go down to Walmar and get her a loaf of bred!
This is not sexual harassment... makes me think he has done it a few times and gotten reported maybe...
"We need to talk." The most frightening sentence to me. Talk now or don't talk. Don't leave me sitting with anxiety for hours for something that is usually beyond stupid.
My ex used to do that to me all the time, and always while I was in work, so then I wouldn't be able to concentrate on my actual work and spent most of the day wondering what he was going to blow out of proportion this time.
Load More Replies...I'd venture to say those are among the 4 worst words to hear someone utter. Panic inducing every time!
If someone says “we need to talk”, they’d better be ready with a pot of coffee and ready to go. Do NOT use that phrase and walk for awhile…. Because the longer the wait the more time we have for the imaginary battle/fight/comeback/defense preparations.
I do this to my boyfriend all the time 😆 he knows I'm never serious when I type this sort of thing 😂 we have a strange sense of humour
That's how my late wife was too. After nine years I'm not sure I'd worry about that phrase anymore.
Load More Replies...Those four words have been the bane of my existence. Anytime someone says "we need to talk" I know s#!t is about to get real, and real bad.
One time my friend stole my phone and texted my dad “Im in trouble. need to talk to you. Now” AND WE SAW THE LITTLE TYPING THINGIE AND I WAS TERRIFIED AND THIS MAN REALLY RESPONDED “hi in trouble I need to talk to you now, I’m dad” 😂
C**p like this is why I stopped using ubereats. Last time I ordered I gave a 30% tip in the app, had the driver demand a cash tip at the door (while keeping my door open with his foot) and when I showed him on my phone his tip he said, "You BETTER rate me a 5." F that behavior. I've been in food service. I get it. In America the tip system is just outrageous. I always try to remember my time in the fiod industry here. But you don't intimidate or pull c**p like the driver in this post.
I know that most of these are probably fake, but they’re still 😂
I didn't waste my time trying to figure them out. Evidently this is for 10 year old children that have bad language.
I literally had one of these kinds of conversations while reading this. I was texting my friend and meant to write "good" but instead I wrote goos, then goos, then GIID, then GIOD, and finally Good lol
