Ever get to the point where you're so hungry that everything around you starts to look like food? Well, you're not the only one. Here at Bored Panda, we believe that tasty-looking delicacies can be spotted anywhere, just like artistic inspiration, and we've compiled a list of the best examples people have seen with their own eyes. Though it's probably not a good idea to bite into a tree that looks like broccoli, or to consume a forest mushroom that appears to be covered in chocolate, it's so much fun to imagine. This reminds me of my friends son, who was asked what he wanted for dinner. He was about 3 years old at the time and as he could not remember the word cauliflower, he asked for white broccoli trees from sesame street! That was cute :-)

It’s most likely about 2-3 weeks old. The mother is probably in the room. It is illegal to sell kittens under 10 weeks old, so it is more likely that either it was their pet cat that gave birth or found a stray with kittens and took it in.

Jellyfish are actually edible, I live in Asia where jellyfish is eaten as a meal or as a snack, in Japan it is eaten as dried snacks, where for me it taste like oily rubbery noodles with a hint of chili because its usually cooked with some chili

It’s growing on a culture medium known as agar. Whenever a culture and sensitivity is done on a pus, bacteria or something on the body that won’t heal, they take a sample, swipe it on to this medium, and in 24 to 72 hours, the bacteria will grow, and each kind looks different. Then they put little sensitivity paper dots on to the bacteria in another Petri dish, to see what antibiotic will kill it, once they know that, they order it for you to take to kill the bacteria causing the problem. ( yes, I am a former nurse!)

That's so cool! A few years ago I had a wound that literally took about 2 years to heal, and it would keep getting smelly and infected, and when the swab results would come back, it would say "sensitive to x" and "resistant to x" I'd be like "how do they know?!" Now I know :)
