Years and years of research, education, practice, dedication, testing, questioning, writing, contemplating, and now it’s finally here and present! It’s tangible. It’s a vision come true. Any single shift in my life, and this would not have become a reality. I think about that often. It’s presence alone, makes it a success. Overcoming all the obstacles, and mountains of doubt, makes it a success.
All along, when I was making this book, I had you in mind. All I wanted this book to do, is to help people just like you. Helping you invest in your mental health. Helping you connect to your higher self through creativity and meditation. I made it gorgeous, I gave it the best name I could think of, I made it the highest quality I possibly could, I shipped it to the US, I convinced Amazon to sell it on their website, and now you can make this book yours, or even a gift to a loved one.
