I really relate to this. Especially the phone anxiety - I've missed out on so much because of it. Thank you for sharing how you feel, it's always nice to know there are people who understand. I hope you feel a bit better able to cope with the anxiety knowing it's not just you x

Yes, phone anxiety is something real! I have to use a phone all the time at work and it's not a problem at all. But giving phone calls for myself feels different and is so much more difficult! Usually I let my man take care of it or I send an e-mail instead.

Did anyone else notice the laptop in 7th (last one)? It says FRSKN. I have no idea what other word could come out of those letters other that FORESKIN xD

I am introverted, but not this bad (I certainly do not doubt my abilities #6)... Yes, I rather email than call, call than go for a meeting, meet than do a presentation, do a presentation than lecture... And for me once the audience is above 20, its a freaking crowd... And I do get by...

I can identify with a lot of this. I hate taking phone calls and dread making them. The more I do it, the easier it is. But still, much prefer emails! I used to have self-doubt every time I sent an email, but as I got busier with work, I don't have the time to worry.

I am introverted but I am not without confidence. I never thought being an introvert and self deprecation as mutually exclusive qualities.
