I work for an IT company for past 4 years recently they terminated employment with one day notice. The next day I started to apply on jobs and also contacted my manager to see if I can get my job back because I really needed the money to pay my bills as I go on paycheck to paycheck so my manager stopped the termination and transferred me to another project in the meantime I got an offer from another company with higher packaging. I'm worried if I stay I can get fired again and lose the opportunity if I leave then I'll be burning all the bridges of ever coming back

Have an open and honest conversation with your manager and ask if this new project will be permanent or just a filler position until you find employment elsewhere. Then decide. Good luck!

    I'd be concerned about job security. They terminated people, and yeah you're set for now, but for how long? If the new job is better if say risk it and go for it
