I do not agree with this sensationalism on this subject that it is not important to have a camera to have good photos. What Mounir Belmokhtar wanted to demonstrate was that his creativity is not limited to one device camera. There is nothing too much in the images he produces, what is different there exposed is the practice and creative vision of it allied to an editing and image treatment suitable for your photo. When searching for a specific photograph, the equipment is a differential in achieving the goal considering dynamic range, lens sharpness, lens angulation level, high ISO performance, megapixels, etc. Therefore it is wise to know how to discern the concept of creativity and the limitation of photographic equipment.
