Ryan Reynolds is known worldwide for his role as the sarcastic superhero Deadpool and in this case, life and art imitate each other. That's right, Reynolds is a real-life superhero and we are here to tell you why this star should be your favorite kick-ass character on and off the screen.
From posing with all of his fans to volunteering with the Make-A-Wish Foundation, Reynolds is one of the most relatable celebrities out there. He even bravely shared his personal experience with mental illness for Mental Health Awareness Month and how it can affect anyone.

The number of men I've known who think raising the kids is 100% the woman's job... get tf over yourselves, fellas. (Yes, I know "not all men," before anyone chimes in - I have an amazing husband who has always done his fair share and then some with our kids - but I also personally have known WAY more men who couldn't be bothered, and would in fact get angry if their SO asked them to help out with their own children.)

Yeah, my hubby grew up fatherless and spoiled by his traditional Italian mother. When our son was 2 weeks old my hub went to freakin Hawaii for 10 days (!!) on a business trip. He had no idea that would p**s me off... He even claimed that "babies don't need their fathers until they are three years YEARS(!) old. Yeah. We had some major "discussions" about parenting. Still, I did almost everything- and still do. But now, my husband has serious regrets that he missed so much and isn't more connected with our beautiful and talented 16 year old. Live and learn. Thankfully, our son understands that his dad never knew what a father did...and thankfully, they both consciously try to connect with each other. They will be fine. But honestly, I'm still resentful that I didn't really have a partner when one was sleeping next to me

or if he couldn't help with the baby, doing a household chores are always appreciated. most women get baby blues bcos of ignorant husband expecting her to cook and clean while taking care of the newborn alone.

Honestly, he just sounds like such a nice, funny guy. He doesn't take himself or what he does for a living too seriously, and to the extent that he can, he tries to make the lives of his fans better by interacting with them on Twitter or, as in the case of the Make-a-Wish Foundation kids, in person. Kudos to him.
