No exception to this 'rule' is Vadim Solovyov, an art director at an advertising agency in St. Petersburg, the northern capital of Russia.
Ever since the beginning of 2019, Vadim Solovyov has decided to transform his city into something akin to a fantasy movie.
“I started [an Instagram account] where I live in a parallel reality, full of strange technologies and even stranger creatures. I start discussions about imaginary problems in the city, and talk about the habits of the monsters living there.” (h/t: Russia Beyond)
Giant sunflowers on the roofs of a residence, a policeman on a bear, huge penguins and pigeons in the streets, and many other incredible stories are shared almost daily on the artist's Instagram.
