Randy Rhoads, the guitarist for Ozzy Ozbourne’s Blizzard of Oz album, died in a plane crash. He died at just 25 when the pilot of the airplane flew it without permission and hit a tour bus killing everyone on board the plane. This includes Rhoads and his makeup artist.
Keith Relf Gets Electrocuted By His Own Guitar

The Yardbirds vocalist Keith Relf was electrocuted by his own guitar at the age of 33 around the time of recording an early version of Led Zepplin’s Dazed and Confused. He was electrocuted in his London home by an electric guitar that wasn’t properly grounded.
