How Disney Princes Would Look In Real Life
If you’ve ever wondered what Disney’s princes might have looked like in real life, Jirka Väätäinen, a Finnish artist and designer in Melbourne, has answered that question definitively with his series of real-life Disney prince illustrations. They don’t call him ‘prince charming’ for nothing!
Anyone who had a childhood crush (or still has a crush) on these Disney characters will definitely love them, but even if you don’t, it’s interesting to see these characters in real life. Väätäinen stayed true to their original tone while making sure they seem totally lifelike and believable.

It's crazy how much of a resemblance he was able to make from a cartoon character! This is pretty cool. Being the Disney fan that I am, I'm loving his interpretation of what they look like.

I think most of them are accurate, except Prince Phillip from Sleeping Beauty. I think it's his hair. It just doesn't look right to me, and perhaps his face it too long. The others are fantastic.

Prince Eric looks SPOT ON. Prince charming should have a little more of a baby face, his hair isn't the same style, and his eyes are dark not blue. Aladdin looks pretty spot on, I guess I just imagined him.. more hansom. He was always my favorite... I think it's the lips and chin that's bothering me with that one. Beast's hair should be redder, less brown. Tarzan's hair should be more brown, less blonde. Also he has green eyes, not blue. Prince Phillip looks all wrong, his face should be softer and kinder, not stoic and chiseled. Also his hair should be redder, less blonde and brown. John Smith is SPOT ON. Hercules's hair should be redder, less blond and brown, but other than that I'm really impressed with these. I like how they made Hercules's nose look like those old Grecian paintings and statues.

I think Jake Gyllenhaal pretty much looks like Aladdin - see Prince of Persia.... And where's Li Shang from Mulan? Cause I can think of several Asian actors (like Godfrey Gao...or Siwon...or MY personal fav - Lee Jae Yoon) who look like him :D

Blargh, and now they're ruined. Most of them looked fine as cartoons, but the real life versions just look too much.. pretty-boy.. Ohwell, Aladdin actually looked better than the cartoon. And Tarzan would be fine if they hadn't made him look so soft or whatever. And John Smith is nice, definitely the best of these. Oh, and just btw, I always thought Prince Adam looked hotter as the Beast. Actually got offended when he turned into a human when I watched the movie as a kid. :p
