They are just getting ready for it to come. It's not easy to fire someone because they were put in place for a reason. The bosses are getting rid of the employees that aren't giving them enough like that they can get someone who works better for the same price. This whole process takes time.

I will never understand why antivaxxer troll away claiming this nonsense. I remember when the Salk vaccine for polio was perfected. Polio was a terrifying disease that affected everyone but it seemed to my second grade brain the children were targets. Let's not forget really young kids in iron lungs. We were vaccinated in school. The vaccine in the beginning was a live virus (I think) and some kids actually caught polio.
