So much attention has been drawn to the Pole Fitness lately and luckily it has been causing only positive waves, with more and more people, women AND men, joining the craze and getting totally addicted.
Ever since I started practicing Pole Fitness or Pole Dance, or Pole Sport,or Vertical Flex I have experienced nothing but positive changes in my lifestyle. The beauty of Pole Fitness is that absolutely anyone can practice it, no matter the age, gender, weight or sport abilities. Where you take it from here depends on you, but remember to do good warm-ups and simple stretching exercises before every training!
This post is aiming at promoting this type of sport and battling the little of the stigma that is associated with it.
