Couple Brings Their Dog To Their Pre-Wedding Photoshoot, And The Result Is Hilarious (10 Pics)
116Kviews
When it comes to weddings, the pre-wedding photoshoot is one of the things that couples rarely miss out on. The pre-wedding photoshoot that is usually done days or months before the wedding, shows the bride and groom in various scenarios deeply in love, prepared to spend their lives together happily ever after. After all, even after 20 or 30 years of marriage, people still look at them, remember the big day and that bring a smile to their faces. It is usually a moment of pure love in the midst of final preparations for the biggest occasion in their lives. Some may call it an opportunity to enjoy the moment of calmness and have beautiful photos to remember forever. For a couple from Campo Grande, Brazil, their couple’s photoshoot will not only be remembered to them for the rest of their lives but it will also stay in the memory of thousands of people.

What was supposed to be a personal pre-wedding photoshoot became a real hit on the internet when 32-year-old businessman Alfredo Garcia da Silva and 26-year-old lawyer Joyce Sabino Greffe decided to bring their adorably goofy dog to the photoshoot. Thor, who’s just 9 months old, completely won over the internet with his hilarious photos that went viral on social media. In less than a day, this silly dog’s photos had 60,000 shares and reached over 6 million people!

The cute couple has set their wedding date for September of this year and already had a pre-wedding photoshoot on the farm. However, they did not like the fact that they were not allowed to bring Thor due to the other animals on the property. So they decided to do another photoshoot, this time with their lovely family member Thor.

“Every photographer wants to drive, set the scenes, and deliver the photoshoot ideas but with Thor it was different, he drove, he set the scenes. It was so much fun, we laughed all the time. Of the 1,500 photo ideas taken during the session, I delivered only 80 to the couple” – says photographer Nicolas Carrelo.

This week, Nicolas celebrates 10 years in the profession and he says that it was a great gift with the repercussion of the work. “I did not expect all this success, I am very happy and I can say for sure that Thor made a great contribution in my career” – he concludes.

To be honest - What better photos can you have? They will always remember that day and think of it with a smile. Better than having photos where everyone looks stiff and like they're going on a funeral.
Marc, you have the right idea, weddings can be far too stiff and formal, to some degree it usually is formal, but too much so !!!

Most likely they will outlive Thor and these will be all they have to remember him.
Why da HELL do ya have to ruin this? THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FUNNY, THAT AIN'T FRICK'N FUNNY.
You're an ass
Best pre-wedding pics I have ever seen

My first job out of High School was at St Paul and over the next 5 years Iearned so very much. Seeing the hospital torn down tears a small piece of my heart out. The Daughters of Charity and the doctors and staff of St Paul Hospital will always be with me…… Just Visit Now……www.todaysfox.com
look, I feel real bad for ya, but please save this comment for somewhere else? This is supposed to be a happy and fun post.. but still, I hope you're alright ;-;
These are truly great pictures. Thor and his family look so genuinely happy. Also, that first picture of Thor proudly exposing his junk to the camera is my favorite one.😂
"Kibbles 'n Bits, Kibbles 'n Bits, I'm gonna show you my Kibbles n' Bits!"
Neuter your dog! But awesome pics, dogs are the best!
Pictures might be worth a 1000 words but they don't tell entire back stories. The owners might be hoping to breed him or at least breed him once before the Big Snip. Also, he's nine months. Opinion differs but my vet won't neuter until after 12 months as dogs need certain chemical changes to kick in for growth and bone strength. His other reason is because too many dogs under a year were tragically dying on the operating table. One final thing: I neuter and the prevailing advice is to neuter (for all the obvious reasons) but, like it or not, no dog owner is obliged to. It's advice, not an order or command. I say this as someone who actually wouldn't mind it having some legal force.
Tragically dying on the operating table??? What 3rd world deprived country are you talking about? You want to help the people in shelters bag those dead dogs after they've euthanized them? Breeding is overkill.
The puppy is 9 months old and is a large dog. never neuter a large dog until he's at least a year old. He needs the testosterone for building his bones etc. Don't make comments that you don't know anything about.
Says "Hanna the canine, testicle expert. " You are a bit rude. The person making the neuter comment was fine to do so. Not all vets agree with your comments. You need to settle down and not suggest people are stupid.
Also not necessary to be so passive agressive sheesh. It's pretty common knowledge that you should neuter a dog, its not like they were saying things that are completely and totally wrong, so calm down lol. It's ok to inform others as long as you're not rude
Hanna - Not all veterinarians agree upon this ... verdict is not in.

Why?
Male dogs also are calmer and hump cushions (aka anything) a lot less if neutered. Though my male neutered male dog still gets very interested in my spayed female dog at times - she's very good at putting him in his place.
So he doesn't go around getting female dogs pregnant and then they have litters of puppies their owners can't care for.
these are so much better then regular boring engagement pictures. i'd much rather remember how much fun i had with the two biggest loves in my life than stiff, posed photos.
Very happy dog, lovin life and his family.
The dog is a mess lol
Thor is so cute and happy^_^ There could not be any better pre wedding photos
When did pre-wedding photos become a thing? I think I've missed something! !!!
I guess it's like the stupid gender reveal party.
Soooo stupid.
Since now you need photos or it didnt happen. People nowadays have a constant need to document FUDGIN EVERYTHING on the internet. You haven't missed anything important, don't worry.
Yes, the original blurb says that 'even after 20 or 30 years of marriage people still look at them' - but I'm not sure who these people are cos those of us who got married 20 or 30 years ago didn't do pre-marriage photos.
Super cute photos...such a shame that they haven't had him neutered.

Yes, what a shame that they have respected their best friends physical integrity and refused to wreck his endocrine system for no good reason! Spaying does help prevent unwanted litters, neutering... not so much (the number of puppies is determined by the number of eggs released by the female, and an intact one WILL find an intact male to mate with)
Rubbish. Bitches on heat are stalked by unneutered male dogs who will do literally anything to get to them. Bottom line- spay AND neuter. Don't play the blame game and use 'physical integrity' as an excuse not to be responsible. It's like uneducated/ignorant/misinformed owners saying that 'just one litter is good for her' and that spaying causes bitches to put on weight.
Always blame the female
These photos instantly put a smile on my face. One happy doggo and family.
Dog needs to be neutered!
OMG! The first one! LOL!
This is funny? Snip those cohoes-- there are more than enough dogs being killed in shelters every day.
Yeah, it's cute. It's also a huge waste of the photographer's time. They should have had a friend to help with the dog. 1500 pics takes a long time (I've helped my husband at weddings and Senior Photo shoots) and to only have 80 to show for it? It's incredibly frustrating when you've lined up the perfect shot and then a dog or random stranger walks through the frame.
I don't think anything about this is "hilarious", dog owners who can't control their dog are anything but hilarious.
I love the one where he’s showing off his balls 🤣 I hope they plan on neutering him, though.
That is one very happy - and very loved - dog.
Such an adorable puppy; I don't think the pictures could've been any better!
Oi! Neuter your dog!
You are hilarious on the replies. "Off yourself " kept laughing for a few mins!
LOL .. so much love, I would frame them for the entry way to the wedding.

Those pictures are just perfect
Great photos, but PLEASE get your good boy neutered.
These are hilarious! They look so happy. I hope that they use some of the photos!
Camera Whore lol
Those nuts tho...
I hope the pooch isn't planning on sharing their wedding night. I say book the honeymoon suite at a dog friendly beach hotel or let everybody bring their dogs to the reception. I'd be there over any wedding I've been in wearing some goofy dress I tried on with my cowboy boots and waiting for pictures that make me sleepy as they are being shot. I learned much long after my dog had died, that she used to sneak out somehow at night and go sit in the neighbors hot tub. I picture her with one leg up and a cigarette in her paw just chillin. Then coming back home in a robe like Hugh Hefner would have worn.
Thanks for the memories Thor! AWESOME!
The dog is all over the place. Owners are not pack leaders. I found this photo shoot discouraging. Nothing cute about it.
Such happy pictures, so many smiles
Feel dog's energy throughout the pictures
Are pre wedding photos something different from engagement photos? Are they just practice for the actual wedding photos? If this is the case....why????? Is this a new thing or did my husband and I miss a step and are we doomed?
totally new thing, you're not doomed.
Thor is a beautiful fur baby member of the family and the photos will be a treasure for them to look upon lovingly always. If Thor had taken a 30-45 min pre- walk before the pre-wedding photos shoot, he would have been a bit more manageable. His usual self, but not 100 mph wide open. I bet he had a excellent nap when he got home, LoL!
These photos are great, even better than I expected, such fun,the dog stole the show, fabulous memories !!!
Love how candid these photos are!!!!
This is probably what Tony Danza felt like on Who's The Boss
That's what every wedding photo needs, a pair of nuts flashed in the camera to assert dominance.
Why do people find the need to do a photoshoot for EVERY LITTLE THING nowadays? These new fads are super fucking annoying.
Why do people complain about EVERY LITTLE THING? These complainers are super fucking annoying. Get off social media and go find some joy in real life.
Miserable sot.
Better than normal pre wedding pics!!
"Pre-Wedding Photoshoot"... People do pre-wedding photoshoots 🤦
Lol people do photo shoots for everything now, it's absurd.
You commented twice?! Off urself.
Love these.
This is great! I love the butt shot lol
They'll smile every time they look at them. Best pre-wedding pics ever!
This is funny? Snip those cohoes. More than enough dogs being killed in shelters.
Joyce has legs for days.
Neuter your fucking dog!!!
These are great pics but I'm not sure what the point of this post is
