Paprika Capital Of The World: Serbia

The village of Donja Lakosnica is known as the Serbian “capital of paprika.”

There are 1,300 residents, and almost all of them are involved with the cultivation of paprika, and when autumn comes the entire village turns red because of all the pepper threads on the walls of the houses.
