I think it is on the womans right hand and the man's left hand. If they were to take a pic kissing, and lift the hands up, you could see the tats kissing too

You're kidding me? It's brave because more than half of the marriages nowadays end up with divorces. This is brave and iconic.
So what? If you look at most of these tattoos, if they separated, they'd just have a tattoo like the other hundreds of millions and no-one would know what it was for. It's easy to just say they wanted one where they have it.
Point taken, but when they're together, you can see the matching tattoos next to each other and that would show they're happily married.
