I went to Alaska where I caught 350 Lbs of halibut, rockfish, and Ling cod (plus one unruly 300 Lb Salmon Shark – but that’s a story for another day). I had a lot of the fish shipped home and put it in the freezer. The dishes you see below are Halibut Olympia, deviled duck eggs from a friend’s farm, and fresh homemade butter on a sweet potato.
