I'm the opposite. I usually grab a basket, then end up with too much s**t for the basket resulting me to need a cart.
Im the opposite. I take a small basket to make sure I dont overbuy but they i keep remembering I that and that at home or start craving things and I overfill the basket to the point stuff could start to fall down if I fill it some more so I begin to carry items in my hands as well lol
I'm usually the opposite, I grab the hand basket but end up filling it too much to the point where I should have gotten a push-cart...
A Person Who Forgot To Take Out The Trash
In Japan the situation is worse because if you forget to take the trash out you have to wait to a next week with your trash bags inside your home. There are not any outdoors trashbins in many areas so you just have to leave the trash bags outside your home on the correct time before the garbage truck arrives. And if you forget the garbage truck day then it is extremely rude to just leave your trash bags outdoors waiting for the next week.

A Person Who Regrets Not Getting A Shopping Cart While Waiting At The Cash Register
Been there done that, store associates were helping me as I dropped things. it was slightly embarrassing. :p
They even went so far as to add the shopper that was standing in line ahead of the person without the cart. The true question here is, which one of these is the plus one?

Person Who Wiped Their Hands On Their Clothes After Washing Their Hands
Thought the same thing. That's a bit too much "water" on his pants.

In Japan, we often see them and I feel like they're constantly washing those handrails.
Load More Replies...Love this. Recently spent 2 weeks in Japan and found that many of our guides had a dry sense of humor. Hipster bar we went to had small signs on tables that said "I'm interested" on one side and literally "don't hit on me" on the other.
This one is so good. The shape of the cleaning cloth is her hand makes it look like there's almost a handrail there!
A Person Whose Heart Is Dead On A Holiday
I think the context is it’s a person who had to come to work on their vacation day.

A Person Who Is About To Win In "Old Maid"
Story-Telling Volunteer
Looks like it is this book. Google Translate helped (badly): "Tsunekichi Tsunekichi is a good worker. However, the trouble was that I was not good at remembering what was said. Today, my husband told me a message to my adult. "I understand. I'll go there!" After all, I can't remember my errands. What should I do? Tsunekichi, who can't remember, said something strange. “Turn my a*s.” You can always remember your forget by pinching your a*s. That's why the bottom of the screen on the cover is full of screens. Even if you say "Take me a butt", you will laugh, but there is no development from here! The adults who are swung around the butt of Tsunekichi are funny and sorry. Well, can Tsunekichi remember errands?" https://www.ehonnavi.net/ehon/117328/%E3%81%8A%E3%81%97%E3%82%8A%E3%81%A4%E3%81%AD%E3%82%8A/
Load More Replies...Oshiri Tsuneri is the title of the book. I can't translate it though.
Doesn’t “oshiri tsuneri” (hiragana on the front cover) loosely translate to “butts” or “asses”. Hah hah, would love to know what it’s about. The illustration on the front cover is hilarious- especially eve the mildly offended cat.
A Person In The Middle Of Making Glasses
I've been wearing glasses for nearly 30 years and I've never seen that before. Always interesting to see the differences between different parts of the world!
I'm in the UK, I'm 36 now and have been wearing glasses since I was 14. For a long while we had these which the optician would sit on your face and manually put in different lenses before asking the "...is it better with one, two, three....?" etc. whilst you looked at an actual chart taped to the opposite wall. Nowadays, a thing comes down from the ceiling which looks like a huge pair of goggles which you look through and the different lenses are electronic and the chart is a projection.
Load More Replies...When my glasses broke once and the optician didnt have and spare of right sort to lend I tried to borrow one of those. Would have been a perfect strenght for me!
And you need to wear these for at least 15 min. ... in the waiting room... I know the pain :)))
really? in my experience, these are the things that they ask you "is this one or this one clearer"? and you're so blind you can't even see a difference

Literally the look on my carer's face when an old lady in town started following us around a shop and having a go at her for only "serving" me, when she repeatedly told her that she didn't work there and kept pointing to the logo on her smock. (She comes with me so I can grocery shop as I'm physically disabled).
