Yes they are made out of paper. British artist Jeremy May, started with having to create something for his 1st anniversary (paper) and the ring was born from paper. He then expanded to Bracelets, Necklaces / Pendants and Earrings. It can take up to 8 weeks to complete each unique piece, with a ring costing on average €400, making about 100 pieces a year. When his customers put in an order they specify a book, out of which the piece has to be made made. The book serves as the container for the piece, which laid inside it and sent to the customer.
