30 Times People Spotted Such Fake Instagrammers, It’s Borderline Ridiculous (New Pics)
If a pic of your crush, class friend, or one of the influencer divas looks too good to be true… you do the math. Because if there’s anything we know about pic-perfect shots on social media by now, it’s that a huge number of them are totally fake.
And as long as there are serial Photoshop offenders out there, the Instagram Reality subreddit will continue exposing their malicious deeds. Trust me, people out there are never running short of inspiration to face-tunefy and beautify their looks.

Previously, Bored Panda reached out to the redditor Cluelessnumber7, who’s the moderator of the r/InstagramReality community. The moderator explained the adverse effects all the heavily edited images have on people.
First, it sets unrealistic expectations that influencers purport to their easily impressionable audiences. “The amazingly smooth skin, suddenly common almond-shaped eyes, pouty lips, sharp jawlines, slim hourglass shapes, and so on," they commented.
Meanwhile, the viewers have no idea how long it took to pick the outfit, hunt down the perfect lighting, and many other little details that come before face-tuning every picture-perfect Insta look. Without discussing the use of editing apps such as Photoshop and Facetune, “there is now a countless amount of people comparing themselves to (and perhaps spending money to look like) a person who doesn’t exist," Cluelessnumber7 told us.

The second problem that hasn’t been addressed enough is the insecurities of the influencers who feel an urge to edit their pictures. “They’ve been editing their photos for so long it could mean losing the validation from their followers, losing followers, and maybe losing sponsors if they came clean.”
As huge crowds of followers become familiar with your fictional, yet perfect look, it may be impossible to speak out about all the editing that goes into creating their brand. “So, they would rather enjoy the false fame than risk losing it over integrity," the moderator concluded.

No. No one who naturally has an ass like that has a waist like that, unless they’re wearing a very tight corset. Or they’ve had buttcheek injections, several ribs removed, and a load of liposuction. This just does not happen in nature. I know this because when I was her age, I had a booty too. But I had a 24 inch waist, not an 18 inch waist like this.

It's not entirely their fault. They're getting all those likes that they assume they're doing something right. It's a vicious circle that goes round and round. I wish people would understand that it's our personalities and our character that make us better people not our looks.

I agree, it's messed up but people know they are looking at something artificial. They are giving likes to cartoony looking people with photos that are clearly tinted and manipulated
