I am a college student from Hong Kong and I have been sharing my cartoon drawings on social media for over 2 years now. I find inspiration for quotes and drawings from my struggles with emotional issues since my teenage days.
I hope to spread more encouragement, understanding, and support for people going through similar struggles in their lives. I also want to break the stigma of discussing emotional issues, especially in Hong Kong's society.
Recently, I have been inspired by my friends and followers to reflect on self-love and self-care so I decided to create a series of drawings on how to love yourself. All of them are hand-drawn. Hope you will like them too!

My dad told me once when I was young "you can't love anyone until you love yourself" and it had such a profound effect on me. Years later I reminded him of it and he admitted he heard it watching Oprah with my Mom lol
