I’d been making jewellery and other wooden things for about six months when I decided I wanted some plants in my room, but I needed something to put them in. This led me to create these wood log planters which take about half an hour to make, most of which is spent standing at a drill press to bore out the log.
They’re a relatively easy project to make (I use a 63mm forstner bit) but they’re also available in my Etsy store. Next idea: beer mugs ;)
