Decay is slowly taking over this house in Belgium. The owner lives somewhere else and doesn’t look after the house anymore.

There's something obscene about a (presumably) wealthy owner allowing a lovely property to deteriorate to this extent. Old and interesting buildings can be seen as part of the nation's heritage so it's awful to see such neglect.
