I Painted This Old Chair To Save It From The Bulk Trash

Many years ago I fell in love with an old secondhand armchair. It went along with us for two removals and survived two little children. But time has left marks on this armchair and something had to be done. I didn’t want to throw it away and reupholstery is quite expensive.

So, I decided to paint the WHOLE chair. Including the fabric. I used acrylic paint, a textile medium and water to paint the upholstery and acrylic spray paint for the wooden parts. It definitely looks like a new piece of furniture now!
