I Make Video Tutorials About Cute Cake Toppers

Hi, my name is Etty and I’m from the Netherlands. When I had my cake decorating business I often found myself too busy to model some decent characters for my cakes and I know lot’s of other cake decorators experience the same problem.

When I stopped doing custom made cakes for clients I had more time and picked up my modelling hobby again.

After posting an easy pictorial of a little penguin on Facebook I noticed there was a great need for easy to follow modelling tutorials. My page has grown from 400 likes to 194.000 in two years.

I have developed my own unique ‘Cake Dutchess’ style by using basic shapes, just a few basic tools and easy repeatable techniques.
