I Make Digital Collages About My Social Fears

Oh hi Mark. My name is Magda Pacewicz and I’m digital and traditional artist. In my art I’m trying to capture and translate all the feelings asociated with being around people. Strange faces of well known friends and well know pouts of strangers – it’s unsettling how mind can distort physical and mental apperance when it’s guided by the fear. In the same time, I would risk to say, that there is also some gently thrill and excitement of exploring complicated relations between Me and You -the two individuals which are ceaseless affected by each others observations and interactions.

My big inspirations are Francis Bacon and Hieronimus Bosh.
